I have immersed myself in the yogic arts for nearly twenty years. First as a keen student of yoga which fed my need to get out of the rat race of advertsing photography which by this time I found to resonate badly with where my Inner Being was directing me.

A quick learning curve had me run a successful yoga teaching school based in London and then moved to Northampton. Many years of growing awareness helped me in my physical, mental and spiritual education.

When I moved some years ago to Glastonbury in Somerset I decided to leave teaching in the way I had previously done and developed a 'virtual' yoga information base.

The subsequent scope of reaching so many more and sharing the lessons learned from life, made the internet an ideal mode of connection.

The Yoga-ez web 'empire' thus became my main focus and slotted neatly into servicing my skills in Internet Marketing.

Yoga-ez.com - is a more commercial based Yoga emporium for great relaxation and meditation music and the usual array of body mind purchases.

Yoga-ez-Fitness-Wear.com - is one of my first ventures into web communications and this is an information portal for Yoga, Body Mind . It acts as a traffic channel to the other sites in a unique way of niche targeting web travellers. It is this process that has afforded me to be able to create sites that work for myself and others
